| Don’t panic just yet; try these simple troubleshooting steps:
| 1. | Ensure you have already activated your Forum account at Cherry Exchange. | | 2. | Login to the SAOA Forum. Your Forum Login ID is identical to your Cherry Exchange Login ID. | | 3. | Click here if you have forgotten your Forum password. |
If all fails, contact the Cherry Gardeners for help. Remember to allow approximately 2 working days for a response! |

| Locking of threads can only be done by the SAOA Forum Moderators. To “close” your thread, edit your thread title to [Closed] and leave the rest to us. |

| Before you start hurling verbal abuses at us, check if you have violated any SAOA Forum Guidelines. The SAOA Forum Moderators will issue warning posts for any violations made. For serious offences, the member may be slapped with a suspension immediately. All suspensions are permanent and cannot be reversed. |
