this reminded me of the homework my primary school sent me during SARS.
and my mum didn't open the letterbox until like.. 3 days before the extra holiday was over. so i just didn't do anything. wakaka.  Thanks to ahiddenfigure! |

like AXFP said, if it's not registered mail, you can just deny it.
how to know if it's registered mail? if a postman comes to your house and lets you sign something, registered mail. and, if your mail comes in yellow or pink form with it, it's registered.
