Hi Shaolin86,
After you have selected Serbia and click on next, you should be directed to another a Onebip login page. You should notice a Cherry Credits logo on the top left-hand side of the page. After clicking on Agree & Continue...you should be redirected to the next page for completion of your requested CC purchase. Do feedback here if this works for you

Unfortunately, Onebip is not available in Philippines. You may wish to purchase CC via Load Central instead. =) PS: There was an error on Cherry Credits Philippines website as it was stated that OneBip is available. We have inform the Cherry admins and they will update the website soon. Apologies for the confusion. It's showtime... =D

hi, i wanna ask.. I'm from Indonesia and i use "Indosat" provider, in OneBip they say that indosat can do this exchange thing. i use prepaid card, so i thought that OneBip would cut from my phone balance. but now i haven't got the short message from OneBip. and whenever i want to try again, it says that Your Phone hasnt been charged <--. help me. thanks

Hi Lumiere,
I select Serbia here: https://exchange.cherrycredits.com/topup/onebip.aspx (because there is no "Bulgaria" there) and then when i enter my pin number it takes me to the page with the Cherry Credits logo on the top left and the OneBip logo on the bottom right where it has recognized that i am actually from Bulgaria and there is no "Order details: Cherry Credits Pte Ltd" section. If I select Serbia there I can see that section but i cannot log in or "Agree and continue" because my account and phone number are registered from Bulgaria. Furthermore when I select Bulgaria and enter my onebip account details and click "Agree and continue" it says "Your mobile number is already registered Please sign in to complete your purchase.". On the other hand if I enter my onebip account details and click "Sign in" it just takes me inside my onebip account with no buttons like "complete transaction" or anything of the sort. |
