i just recieved this

Transaction Status : Completed successfully

but still i dont see any transaction log and my cc point in my account

Hello oprah,

You can use Cherry Messenger to check with the Admins on the issue you are encountering. Cherry Messenger is found on the left-hand menu once you login into your Cherry Exchange.

SAOA is a support partner forum so we can only advise users on how they can go about seeking help.

The response time is about 2-3 working days.

From my understanding if this is the 1st time you are using Credit Card for purchase, there will be a verification process by the bank and Cherry.

If it's approved you will receive the credits. If not the full amount will be refunded to you.

its already 3 days since i bought that cc. they ask me to wait for up to 48 hours. but now 72 hours?

I still not understand but here.Same problem.

But i don't know how to approve.I bought 2 times $42.00 but the other i delted.Please how to aprrove?
